We are really excited to announce we are hosting a screening of ‘That Sugar Film’ and have film maker Damon Gameau with us talking about the movie, answering your questions and speaking about why we should be reducing sugar in our lives.
THAT SUGAR FILM is one man’s journey to discover the bitter truth about sugar. Damon Gameau embarks on a unique experiment to document the effects of a high sugar diet on a healthy body, consuming only foods that are commonly perceived as ‘healthy’.
Through this entertaining and informative journey, Damon highlights some of the issues that plague the sugar industry and will forever change the way you think about ‘healthy’ food.
We are also so happy to announce we are being joined by the gorgeous Helen Padarin from Nourish-ed and Pete Evans’ ‘The Paleo Way’ and co-author with Pete of new book, ‘The Gut Health Cook Book’, as well as Paleo baby book ‘Bubba Yum Yum’.
Helen is a wealth of health information and an expert in her field. She will be talking about leptin and insulin resistance.
Tickets are available now and there are early bird rates for those that get on board first.
This event also has a fabulous market selling Paleo lifestyle products so come along and sample bone broth, turmeric lattes, sauerkraut, beet kvass, kombucha and many more.
Tickets to this event would be a great Christmas gift.
It will be family friendly so bring those you want to guide back into health as it will be a motivational day for all.
So come and hang out with us on what will be an educational fun filled family day!
Sweet as baby!
