Paleonutter's Probiotic Cashew and Macadamia Cheese
A probiotic charged dairy-free cheese spread, which goes lovely with any of paleonutters cracker recipes.

  1. 150g (2/3 Cup) Macadamia nuts
  2. 150g (2/3 Cup) Cashew Nuts
  3. 1/4 Cup of the Juice from Sauerkraut, Kim Chi or any other fermented Vegetables.
  1. Soak The nuts for 2-4 hours in filtered water. Drain and rinse well.
  2. Place the nuts in a food processor and pulse until chopped, add the probiotic juice and pulse until smooth.
  3. Add cracked pepper if desired.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy!
